Hi, I’m Amy.
I am a 24 year old Ohio native who grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. I graduated from the University of Northwestern- St. Paul in 2012 with a degree in Youth and Family studies. I am currently interning at Substance Church in Minneapolis as a Youth Pastor Intern. I love working in the church with the youth that we have there. My passion has always been people. I love connecting with people and hearing their stories, especially if coffee is involved. But what I really love the most is hearing how God is moving in their lives and transforming them into something amazing. I love listening to stories about how God has taken people from the worst places possible and brought them to somewhere wonderful. Maybe I like those stories so much because that is what God did in my own life. The more you read on my blog, the more you will see how God is continually transforming my life for the better. It’s been a crazy ride, and I don’t expect it to get any less crazy, but I love it! This blog is about me. It’s also about you. But mostly it’s about God and just how good He is!
In my free time I love to read, continue my hobby of drawing and design, watch Disney movies and take naps with my two cats. I shamelessly love coffee, and am addicted to Pinterest. I’m just an average Midwestern girl, living a not-so-average life.
